Description
When sending any image to opencode, the system immediately plays a "task complete" notification sound and hangs in "thinking" state indefinitely without producing any response. This happens consistently across multiple sessions and restarts.

1.Start a new session with mimo-v2-5-free model
2.Send any image (screenshot or image file)
3.Hear "task complete" notification immediately
4.Observe opencode stuck in "thinking" state, no response produced
