Research direction
The issue names no source file or test. Start by reproducing the failure in the OpenCode Desktop App with Ox Alpha Free Unlimited, then repeat the same prompt with another model for comparison. Done means the affected model request succeeds or the endpoint failure is handled appropriately; inspect the provider request path and add a regression test if the repository has coverage for it.
