Describe the enhancement you want to request
Adds support to AGENTS.override.md, similar to codex https://learn.chatgpt.com/docs/agent-configuration/agents-md.
Instructions read the AGENTS.override.md if exists. Otherwise, read the AGENTS.md and the others instructions fallback.
This behavior allows us to have personal instructions in the project that override the AGENTS.md, not just merge.
