Description

Description

I just downloaded OpenCode and tried to open it for the first time.

The app shows the "Something went wrong" screen with the message "An error occurred while starting the local server."

The specific error is "Error: no such column: name".Version shown is 1.18.21. I have not made any configuration changes or installed plugins yet.

Restarting and checking for updates does not resolve it.This looks similar to older reports involving legacy database migration journals that lack a name column, but I am seeing it on the current release right after a fresh install.I can export the logs if that would help.

Please let me know what additional details would be useful.
