Description
The /workspace page at opencode.ai either gives a 500 error or shows a terribly unresponsive dashboard, logging ResourceExhausted ("transaction pool connection limit exceeded") DB errors in the console.
The OpenCode client can't connect when trying to send a request with the error "Upstream request failed: Endpoint is unavailable."

Steps to reproduce
Workspace dashboard:
- Go to your dashboard at opencode.ai/workspace/wrk_***
- If successfully loads, try clicking through the sections
Client:
- Start the client in any project folder
- Send a prompt to any of the OpenCode's Zen or Go models
