Output should be scroll-down only

Description

When working with OpenCode in the terminal, the final output should be visible without scrolling up. The user should only need to scroll down, and only when the output is long. The behavior should resemble the less pager.

Current behavior

Currently, the terminal shows intermediate messages, reasoning, and wrappers around tool calls. To find the final answer, the user has to scroll up through all of this noise.

Desired behavior

• Show only the final output.
• If the output is short, display it at the bottom of the terminal without scrolling.
• If the output is long, use a pager where you can only scroll down.
• Intermediate output should be hidden by default.
