Description
Description
Description
It appears that the opencode.ai domain has been flagged by several security vendors.
VirusTotal currently reports detections from providers such as:
SOCRadar
URLhaus
ZeroCERT
Gridinsoft
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/opencode.ai
Impact
Many companies use DNS, security gateways and web filtering services such as Cisco Umbrella, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender, etc., which often consume threat intelligence feeds from multiple vendors.
As a result, users in corporate environments may be unable to access opencode.ai at all. In our case, the domain is blocked by our corporate proxy, preventing the application from working.
This can make OpenCode unusable in enterprise environments even though there is no apparent malicious activity.
Suggested action
Could the maintainers investigate why these vendors have classified the domain as suspicious and submit false-positive reports where appropriate?
It would also be helpful to monitor the domain's reputation across major security providers, since many enterprise firewalls automatically rely on these reputation databases.
Resolving these false positives would improve OpenCode's usability for users behind corporate security infrastructure.
