更新到1.18.13版本后，在openode web中，选择附件后，无法发送消息，不选附件可以正常发送。
之前1.17.17版本，可以正常选择附件发送。

更新到1.18.13，使用opencode web，发起对话时添加附件就能复现，更新之前还是正常的。
