当运用 新布局时，任务的 “自动接受权限” 功能 无法启用。存在交互设计的不合理。旧版布局没有这个问题。

Steps to reproduce
1、进入 web （/root/.opencode/bin/opencode serve --hostname 0.0.0.0）
2、在 设置界面 开启 新布局
3、开启任意新会话，该会话“”自动接受权限” 无法开启
