[FEATURE]: Add configurable "Undo Send" delay to save tokens on accidental sends

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The Problem:

Currently, when a user clicks "Send," the API request is dispatched immediately. It is common for users to notice a typo or mistake right after hitting send, forcing them to cancel and retry. Because the request was already sent, this wastes API tokens. This becomes incredibly costly when working with large contexts (e.g., 100k+ tokens).

The Solution:

Introduce an optional "Undo Send" delay (e.g., 3-5 seconds) after clicking the send button. The API call should only be dispatched after this timer expires.

Benefits:

• Cost Savings: If the user clicks "Cancel" during this 3-5 second window, the API call is never made, saving significant token costs.
• Better UX: It gives users a brief safety net for silly mistakes, similar to Gmail's "Undo Send" feature.
• Customizable: This could be added as a toggle/slider in the settings so users who want instant responses can keep the delay at 0s.
