Description
When using model NVIDIA NIM 3 ultra, there will be a streaming response failed error when using context around 300k, type in prompt “continue the work” could make the agent continue but got the problem again later.
Also, sometimes the model would keep repeating the same context for long time until I intercept it, this would waste tokens and time and I even exceed my OpenCode zen free usage limits.
