Description
One of my opencode sessions suddenly started producing incoherent/nonsensical responses (胡言乱语) after working normally for a while. The model appeared to lose context and started generating irrelevant or garbled text.
Environment:
- OpenCode version: 1.18.4
- OS: Windows 11
- Terminal: PowerShell (Windows Terminal)
- Model: deepseek-v4-flash-free (opencode provider)
- Custom providers configured: ~40+ third-party AI providers via opencode.jsonc
Observations:
- The session was running for an extended period before the issue occurred
- No network errors were observed in the logs
- The log shows only INFO level messages, no ERROR/WARN related to the garbled output
- I have many custom provider configurations in opencode.jsonc
- There was a prior npm install warning: "No matching version found for @opencode-ai/plugin@local"
