Description

Just after updating the opencode to the new version (1.18.4) the deepssek v4 flash (free) became lazy, ignoring simple requests and not finishing simple tasks.

Steps to reproduce

run opencode (version 1.18.4)
select the model: Deepseek V4 FLASH (FREE)
ask the model to execute a simple task and watch him fail miserably
