Description

Hey, thanks for OpenCode, been use it a bunch lately and it's awesome!

I wanted to report a bug I found out this morning with the theme selector from the desktop application on MacOS, so when you select any theme, then the dropdown is blocked / locked and you cannot loop through the themes unless you close the settings and then open those again, which makes configuring the themes rather tricky due to tiring trial and error.

Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open the Settings from the OpenCode desktop application (either via tab or via Cmd + ,)
  2. Then scroll down to "Appearance" and then "Theme"
  3. In the "Theme" button click on any option different than the current one
  4. Then you'll get the locked "Theme" dropdown which will only be unlocked by closing and re-opening the settings again
