Description
ElevenLabs currently only appears nested inside other providers' model lists (e.g. poe/elevenlabs-v3, poe/elevenlabs-v2.5-turbo, poe/elevenlabs-music, and digitalocean/fal-ai/elevenlabs/tts/multilingual-v2), not as its own top-level provider entry with a direct API. This makes it impossible for tools that list providers by their top-level key to surface "ElevenLabs" as an option — it's effectively invisible unless you already know to look inside Poe/DigitalOcean's model IDs.
Could ElevenLabs be added as a first-class provider (direct API, own env/api config), similar to how other single-vendor providers are listed, rather than only appearing as a re-sold model under aggregators?

Research direction
Start by inspecting existing top-level provider entries for single-vendor APIs and how their environment or API configuration is represented. Add ElevenLabs independently of the Poe and DigitalOcean model IDs, then verify that provider listings expose its own key and direct API configuration.
