[Privatemode] Align provider branding

Description
The Privatemode provider metadata and assets should be updated to reflect the project’s current branding.
The following changes are required:
- Rename the provider from Privatemode AI to Privatemode.
- Align the provider path with the new name.
- Add the new Privatemode logo.
These branding changes are separate from the automated workflow that synchronizes model definitions with Privatemode’s production lineup.
I’ll open a PR addressing these updates.
