Description

As a European developer, it is important to find modells that are compatible with the local legislature, i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation But location and data protection conformity might be relevant criterias for other developers as well.

Therefore it would be great to have such a filter.

Here is a sample listing of such providers https://privacyproxy.dev/en/eu-llm-providers

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. First locate the existing model/provider listing and filter implementation, then clarify where provider location and GDPR compatibility data come from and how the filter should behave; done means the listing reliably exposes and applies the agreed criteria.
