Provide ability to route application log to an aggregator (consider open source solution as well as cloud infrastructure options like AWS Cloudwatch)

Since these applications will be deployed in containers, we use [parseable](https://github.com/parseablehq/parseable) to log, the aim of this exercise is to provide loggers in the appropriate areas writing messages.
