Design and implement an MCP server against the REST API

I have been playing with [Model Context Protocol](https://www.anthropic.com/news/model-context-protocol) which allows services to provide a context to AI agents.

This ticket is a placeholder for the moment to research how we can develop a MCP server against the API client and provide context to AI agents.
