Add date to filename

説明

For the purpose of sorting by date, it'd be nice if filenames started with the date of the post.

This could either be used in addition to or instead of the `pubdate:` field.

Commands like `russell publish` should update the filename.

The date prefix should be ignored when generating the URL slug.
