API Token with Scope support

Yes. This project does not seem to support API tokens with Scope, which is documented here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/
**Describe the solution you'd like**

For API tokens with scope, add a `--cloud-id` field and prepare requests to `{{https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/{cloudId}}`, instead of individual domain names
