Support help wanted

Answering questions on the [support site](https://forums.ankiweb.net) takes up a fair amount of time these days, as it's a busier place than it used to be. Any help you can provide answering people's questions would be appreciated. A lot of questions are FAQs, so in many cases linking people to the relevant knowledge base article is a good start.
