sync server - link to tailscale?

Not sure what the policy is on recommending other software, but the [sync server page](https://docs.ankiweb.net/sync-server.html) mentions some tricky bits ("Public Access", "Reverse Proxies") that it seems like tailscale solves.

Note, I'm not affiliated with them at all, I've used it in my own setup and now didn't have to set any of this ^^ up to access devices not on the same (local) network which is exciting.
