Include Support for GNU/Linux Systems with glibc versions under 2.36

Hello everyone!

I have noticed some users discussing the issue with Anki dropping support for GNU/Linux systems that do not include a version of glibc of 2.36 or above.

This issue particularly affects systems based on Ubuntu LTS, many of which have not yet upgraded to the newly released 24.04 LTS version.

As a result, a significant portion—if not the majority—of Linux systems are unable to use the distributed package. However, there are still ways to run Anki on most modern Linux distributions, and I would like to initiate a discussion thread to request that these restrictions be added to the documentation, along with potential workarounds.

Currently, I recommend using the Flatpak version of Anki, which you can find here: [Anki Flatpak](https://flathub.org/apps/net.ankiweb.Anki). If this solution is well-received, I can create a pull request to enhance the documentation, ensuring that GNU/Linux users understand how they can continue to utilize Anki effectively.

Please share any additional potential fixes you may know of that would enable Anki to run on GNU/Linux systems.
I utilize Anki to help study for my University exams and am immensely grateful to be able to continue using it.
