Browser context-menu submenus initially omit shortcuts on macOS

### Description

When the Browser context menu is first opened, keyboard shortcuts are displayed for actions belonging to the current Browser mode, but not for actions in the nested submenu for the other mode.

For example, when starting in Cards mode, card-related actions display their shortcuts, while the built-in note actions under the **Notes** submenu do not:

Conversely, when starting in Notes mode, note-related actions display their shortcuts, while actions under the Cards submenu do not:

The behavior changes after switching Browser mode. Once the context menu has been opened in both modes, shortcuts are displayed in the nested submenus as well:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Browser.
2. Right-click one or more cards or notes.
3. Observe that shortcuts are missing from the nested Notes or Cards submenu.
4. Switch Browser mode and open the context menu again.
5. Observe that the shortcuts now appear in the nested submenu.

### Expected behavior

Configured shortcuts should be displayed in nested context menus from the first time the context menu is opened, regardless of which Browser mode was previously used.
