Go To Highlighted Deck in Overall List Of Decks

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing navigation from a highlighted or recently used deck back to the overall deck list, then trace the deck-list view and its selection behavior. Done means returning to the list focuses or scrolls to the highlighted deck instead of the top.
