DbError every time I go the the deck list after updating to Android 16

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Update to Android 16
2. Get this error every time you go to the deck list:

Everything else looks fine. AnkiDroid remembers my daily progress. I have 20GB of empty space in the phone memory.

### Expected behaviour

No error.
