Description

### Checked for duplicates?

- [X] This issue is not a duplicate

### Does it also happen in the desktop version?

- [X] This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop

### What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Have that https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/Full-Storage-Access error.

The try to skip it by creating a new screen:

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/90ff4e63-9f2a-4be1-b183-bc607c82f2e4

### Expected behaviour

When I select that button, it ~~soups~~ should just save data in the ~~infernal~~ (lol) internal storage instead of external one, as it warns me and explained that tome, that's fine!

### Debug info

```text
Menu not accessible, but:
Version 2.18.4
com.ichi2.anki
From F-Droid
```

### (Optional) Anything else you want to share?

I know and have read https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/Full-Storage-Access#2i-via-f-droid-recommended

As my version is from F-Droid reinstalling may also help I guess?
However, actually, I don't really care about disabilng access to the external storage and that my data is deleted when I uninstall anki, because agar all, I have synchronised or with AnkiWeb.

### Research

- [X] I have checked the [manual](https://ankidroid.org/docs/manual.html) and the [FAQ](https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/FAQ) and could not find a solution to my issue
- [ ] (Optional) I have confirmed the issue is not resolved in the latest alpha release ([instructions](https://docs.ankidroid.org/manual.html#betaTesting))
