  • Drop support for Redshift - next branch

Ideas

  • Add year_start option - year_start branch
  • Add range_start and range_end options (need to decide if end is excluded)
  • Add tally_by_* methods for counting (to mirror Ruby 2.7 tally)
  • Deprecate n option in favor of step/step_size
  • Return integer for year
