Files Added in local anime folders are not being shown

### Steps to reproduce

Add an new local anime folders and add anime episodes


and later update it with further episodes

### Expected behavior

New episodes should be seen in the anime entry in the library

### Actual behavior

It does not show up in the anime entry , even after multiple refreshes
