Easier one-handed access as in samsung

### Describe your suggested feature

You know how in samsung if you pull on the top when you're on top of the page, the top gets pull down for easier access? It will be really helpful to use. It can be a toggle so that those who want to use can and those who prefer the usual one don't have to change anything. I attached a screenshot showing how it looks like:
