## Description
As a user, I may want to report a violation of code of conduct in current relation. So that org admins can take action towards the reported user.
**Details**
Make an endpoint which accepts the task/comments details send by the frontend.
Registered admins/org admin will get an email included necessary details of user, task, task comment and relation.
## Acceptance Criteria
### Update [Required]
- [ ] Create /report endpoint which accepts details of reported task/comment.
- [ ] Document changes in the code
## Definition of Done
- [ ] All of the required items are completed.
- [x] Approval by 1 mentor.
