As a user, I may want to discuss the details of a particular task so that I can complete the task efficiently and quick.

As of now, task comment is implemented in Mentorship iOS. PR [link](https://github.com/anitab-org/mentorship-ios/pull/106)

- [ ] Use backend endpoints which gives the task comment.
