Define the stmt type covering all Luma statements — Let (name, mutability flag, initializer), Assign (target, value), CompoundAssign (target, op, value), Return (optional expr), Break, Continue, ExprStmt (a bare expression used as a statement), While (condition, body), and For (binding, iterable, body).
