It would be nice to have this feature in Angular Material.

### Use Case

Research direction

Start with the Angular Material dialog API documentation and the linked Material Design dialog specification to understand the expected optional-icon behavior. Done means Angular Material dialogs can expose and render an optional icon while preserving dialogs without one; the issue does not name implementation files or tests.
