AngularFire 17.0.0 throwing errors with Angular 17.0.0

I have recently upgraded to the newest angularfire 17.0.0 and am having trouble getting some fairly straight forward things working. Filled out the template below. Thanks for your help.

Getting error when injecting

Reproduce with Angular 17.0.0, Firebase 10.7.1, and AngularFire 17.0.0, then start at the injection site in src/app/shareable.service.ts and review the AngularFire Developer Guide linked in the report. Done means identifying why Firestore2 has no provider and confirming that the application compiles and injects the service without the reported NullInjectorError.
