multiple ipv4 missing in .sh

I mean I have 1 main host ip and 5 ipv4 so 6 total I wanna start wire guard and u know ... each user gets its own ip not sure how to do that but by adding new users they point to same ip. I did set up 50000000000 tutorials and 500000 ip forwarding and one guy reported it worked for him not for me yet. I will comment solution down if I find any.
