Some view configuration option states are not reflected properly in menus

### Description

Some options are not hooked up bidirectionally to their GUI configuration widget counterpart, so if changed by other means (e.g. keyboard shortcut or via console, etc), the displayed current state of the configuration option will not reflect the actual state. For example, smart highlighting feature in both hex view and disassembly view. In disassembly view it can be changed with A keybinding, but when changed the checkable action in the disassembly options menu will not reflect the new state.

### Steps to reproduce the bug

* Open binary
* Navigate to Disassembly View
* Press A to toggle Smart Highlighting feature
* Notice it is not changed in options dropdown
