Data acquisition---pixelClustering_sigma2_passes10_rep1_mapping.csv and px_colors.csv

The problem I am currently encountering is that in your project named: 2022-Liu_etal_Pixie project,
run: 3_pixelClustering_heatmaps.R
clust_to_pheno_path = paste0("pixelClustering_",name,"_mapping.csv") #csv mapping each cluster to its phenotype (must be manually created) and colors_path = "px_colors.csv" #file specifying the colors for each cluster (must be manually created).

However, I wonder if you can provide examples of these two files for further study？
