include baseline correction before peak detection

The current pipeline detects peaks on the crude unprocessed mass spectrum, which often contains artifacts i.e. baseline (see attachment, left plot) and hampers downstream analyses.

It would be beneficial to correct/minimize the offset (see attachment, right plot) - using https://github.com/StatguyUser/BaselineRemoval or similar tools - before peak picking.
