Description
I'm trying to follow the Pixie pipeline for analysis of my IMC data. I get a ValueError, which I couldn't find in any other issues in the Discussion board.
The error is as follow: ValueError: could not broadcast input array from shape (1738,1490) into shape (512,439) and the screen shot is attached.
Should the input images in the FOV be of another dimension? It is converted mcd files to TIFF.
Hope anyone can assist.
