Question about a missing notebook

Dear developers of the ark-analysis pipeline,

Thank you for developing such useful tool. In the readme section of ark-analysis, I noticed there used to be a notebook called Pairwise Enrichment Analysis which allows the user to investigate the interaction between the phenotypes present in their data. But now it is not included in the pipeline. May I ask whether you guys had removed this function or modifying it at the moment? If it had been removed, do you guys have any suggestion for other tools that can do similar analysis?
