Description

In exoplayer offline module there are apis exposed to pause/resume all downloads.
sendResumeDownloads(), sendPauseDownloads(),
If user is downloading multiple contents, and wants to pause/resume any particular download, there is no api for that. Using sendPauseDownloads() and sendResumeDownloads() will pause/resume all ongoing downloads.

Proposed solution

We can have two apis exposed for handling single download pause/resume

public static void sendPauseDownload(
          Context context,
          Class<? extends DownloadService> clazz,
          String downloadID,
          boolean foreground) {
    Intent intent = buildPauseDownloadIntent(context, clazz, downloadID, foreground);
    startService(context, intent, foreground);
  }

  public static void sendResumeDownload(
          Context context,
          Class<? extends DownloadService> clazz,
          String downloadID,
          boolean foreground) {
    Intent intent = buildResumeDownloadIntent(context, clazz, downloadID, foreground);
    startService(context, intent, foreground);
  }
