Pixel 10 series freezes during video playback of specific content (no other devices)

Pixel 10 pro xl Model GUL82

Devices that do not reproduce the issue

Every other device including Pixel 9 Pro Model GR83Y

Reproduction steps

Play attached content on a Pixel 10 series device.

Expected result

Media should play successfully and continuously as it does on other devices like older Pixel models

Actual result

Playback freezes after a few seconds while audio continues. Seems to be something with Pixel 10 hardware?

Note: Sorry for the stream quality, it's all I have available. We've been trying to track down whats going wrong with pixel 10s across production drm'd live events and it's been tough to figure out given the ephemeral nature of them. This sample stream has significant audio/visual drift and long periods of slate.
