Video freezes for few minutes with audio playback (Media3 - 1.8.0 ) for a particular content

Devices that reproduce the issue

1. Android STB running Android 12 with Media3 1.8.0 version.
   Input to STB is a QAM feed.
2. VLC playing this stream also has the freeze but recovers after ~30 secs and continues to play . It plays for sometime and then freezes but recovers after few secs.

Reproduction steps

1. Play the attached TS file.
2. Video freezes after few mins .
   Description
   Media3 version used : 1.8.0
   Stream Source : TS data
   On one particular channel ARMO , we see that the playback is frozen for ~20 mins after which the application crashes due to OOM .
   We have captured logs for this and attaching the same here.
   We have captured the TS dump for this content and played this in the Media3 Sample application and the same freeze was seen in the sample app.

Expected result

There should be no freeze and crash while streaming the content.

Actual result

Playback freezes for ~15 mins resulting in an OOO .
