Reproducible in the demo app?

Yes

Reproduction steps

We are getting reports from different users that sometimes the playback skips a second, or goes quiet for a second.
We have a setting in the app which should enable audio offloading, but it seems to do nothing, so I can't say for sure if its related to this.

It can be reproduced in Ultrasonic. Pick the demo server, start playback of an album and after sometime there will be a jump, especially if the app is in the background.

The demo app offers no audio playlist to test with.
