Description

When a DRM license refresh happens but fails due to an error (eg SocketTimeoutException or 401, ...), it will not be automatically retried.
(see DefaultDrmSession.onKeysRequired calling doLicense with false as allowRetry parameter.)

This can very easily be reproduced via a proxy (eg Charles Proxy).
(Unfortunately I cannot share a stream + DRM setup here for my specific case.)

The DRM values from the server for retry are as follows:

"renewalDelaySeconds":"300"
"renewalRecoveryDurationSeconds":"120"
"renewalRetryIntervalSeconds":"0"

Unfortunately the playback breaks without ever retrying in this case.

What are the implications and possible downsides of changing the above mentioned boolean parameter to true (doLicense(true))?
