Double frame and frame loss

We have integrated your player into our application.

Our TVs are AOSP TVs with a refresh rate of 60Hz, when switching from a FullHD channel that is 50fps to a 4k channel that is 25fps, we get double frames on the 4k channel

. We also have frame loss, which is most visible on channels that have a chiron.

Can we somehow solve the problem when switching from a FullHD channel that is 50fps to a 4k channel that is 25fps, that we avoid double frames on the 4k channel
