[Bug]: Scroll jumps up after navigating

### What happened?

After navigating to another page and then hitting back the UI scrolls up a bit.

This only happens when the list is scrolled all the way to the bottom. Any ideas why this happens?

Its on an Samsung S22 Ultra running Android 13.

Reproduce the issue on a Samsung S22 Ultra running Android 13 by scrolling a list to the bottom, navigating to another page, and pressing Back. Inspect the navigation and scroll-state handling involved in that flow; done means returning to the list without the UI jumping upward.
