[FR]: TV app please!

### Describe the problem

I want to learn how to make scalable TV applications with Jetpack Compose, but confused about the overlap between the [TV Jetpack libraries](https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/tv), the Leanback libraries and the standard (phone/tablet) Jetpack Compose.

I feel this is the perfect sample app to demonstrate multi-device support in Android, because it is so modular.

### Describe the solution

Please add a TV variant of the app using TV Material 3 to browse and watch the [Now In Android videos](https://developer.android.com/series/now-in-android#videos).

Bonus points for using [media3](https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2023/03/media3-is-ready-to-play.html), and [Picture-in-picture (PiP)](https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/picture-in-picture).
